Egg Pockets

Ingredients

  • All purpose flour 2 cups
  • Eggs 2
  • Chopped onions 1
  • Chopped chilli 1
  • Chopped tomatoes 1/2
  • Oil 1 cup

Directions

Make a soft dough of maida, water, 2tsp oil and salt.

Whisk egg add salt, chopped onion and tomato.

Whisk it well

Now make big round and cut with cookie cutter small rounds.

Put some egg mixture into the small rounds and fold it. Fry it till golden and crisp
