Dosa Sambar And Chutney


  • 1/2 cup parboiled rice
  • 1/2 cup regular rice
  • 1/4th cup urad dal
  • 2tbsp poha
  • Water 1 cup
  • Oil 2tbsp


Wash the rice, dal and poha separately 2-3 times.

Soak them in enough water for 5-6 hours.

Drain all the water and grind it to smooth paste adding little water at a time.

Now pour it in a bowl add salt mix it and leave it for fermentation for about 8-9 hours.

You will see the batter has doubled up after the fermentation.

Now take a non stick dosa pan. Pour 2 scoop of batter and gently spread the batter from the center to outward directions.

Cook till its crisp and golden brown in color.
