Crispy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Potatoes 5
  • Corn flour 1tbsp
  • Besan 4tbsb
  • Turmeric 1tsp
  • Red chilly powder 1tsp

Directions

Microwave potatoes for 6 minutes.

After every 2 minutes stop and turn the potatoes.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

Mix corn flour and besan turmeric, salt and red chilly powder and mix it nicely.

Heat oil in a wok. Dip the potatoes in the besan slurry and fry till light brown color.

You can also add some green chilies.
